Refund policy

Returns/Refunds:

  • Returns are eligible up to 14 days after delivery date 
  • Items purchased from our "sale" or "clearance" category are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • CUSTOM items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, due to the nature of the product.
  • Items found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival will have shipping cost covered by Purple Rose Co.
  • For all other returns, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
  • Purple Rose Co will offer store credit for products in new condition, unworn and free of damages. Must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email hello@purpleroseco.com  We do our best to catch any issues before shipment but sometimes errors happen and we want to make it right.
