Shipping Policies
Free Shipping:
  • Occasional Free Shipping promotions will be available for retail orders. 
  • Our promotional free shipping method is based on weight and size of the package as well as the destination. Promo shipping may be sent First Class Package, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. 
  • Free shipping does not apply to international or wholesale orders (unless otherwise agreed upon)
    • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Production Times:
  • Our production times will vary. It's just me working in production for now so we don't have super fast turnaround time (but I promise it will be worth the wait). Curren't Production Times will vary (currently 7-12 business days) and may increase during busy times such as large sales or holidays.
  • Shipping information will be sent to the customer at the time of fulfillment.
U.S Shipping Methods: 
  • We have flat rate shipping amounts for our hair accessories and apparel. They are $5.49 and $6.99 respectively

  • Shipping time applies to the amount of time the package takes to arrive once it leaves our possession. We still requires production time before an order ships.

  • Purple Rose Co uses USPS, UPS, FED EX and other services to ship your apparel.   
  • Purple Rose Co. is not responsible for lost items marked delivered by USPS.
  • Purple Rose Co. is not responsible for damaged items marked delivered by any of our shipping services. 
  • Purple Rose Co. is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address because of an incorrect address provided at checkout. 
  • All shipping times are estimates and can not be guaranteed.
International Shipping: 
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
  • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Most customers will be required to pay custom fees, taxes and duties to the delivery service before receiving their package.
  • It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Customs agents may delay delivery of packages.
