Returns/Refunds:
- Exchanges are eligible up to 14 days after delivery date
- Items purchased from our "sale" or "clearance" category are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- CUSTOM items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, due to the nature of the product.
- Items found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival will have shipping cost covered by Purple Rose Co.
- For all other returns, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
- Purple Rose Co will offer store credit for products in new condition, unworn and free of damages. Must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.

Shipping
Orders typically require 7-14 business days for production. We know this is FOREVER in today's overnight shipping world, but each item is still stitched right here in our basement and we think that's worth the wait.
After production, standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. We'll send your tracking number in an email as soon as your order ships.
